About Carda

Carda Health is building the world’s first patient-centered virtual heart and lung platform, starting with cardiac and pulmonary rehab. With only 10% of eligible patients accessing rehab, we’re revolutionizing care through accessible, effective, and engaging home-based programs. Backed by top investors, we partner with leading hospitals and insurers to expand access to life-saving treatments.

We are a team of clinicians, mathematicians, entrepreneurs, and engineers who believe technology and data, when applied ethically, can transform healthcare.

Who are you?

You are a natural relationship-builder and a strategic "farmer." You aren't interested in the thrill of the initial "hunt"; instead, you find deep satisfaction in taking a new partnership and making it flourish. You are empathetic, organized, and reliable, serving as a trusted advisor to our clinical partners.

You take pride in being the person who "gets things done." When a partner has a hurdle, you solve it before they even have to ask. You are a great collaborator and bring a steady, positive presence to the team. You are a master of follow-through, ensuring that no patient or provider falls through the cracks.

What will you do?

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the "post-sale" lifecycle. Once our Account Executives bring a partner on board, you take the baton to ensure the relationship is nurtured, the clinical staff is supported, and the volume of patients referred to Carda grows consistently over time.

You will work closely with our clinical and growth teams to ensure that Carda Health becomes an indispensable part of our partners' daily workflow.

In a little more detail, you will:
  • Nurture & Grow: Take ownership of existing accounts and drive increased patient referral volume by maintaining high "mindshare" with doctors and clinical staff.
  • Success Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clinical partners, answering questions, providing updates, and ensuring their experience with Carda is seamless.
  • Process Implementation: Work with clinics to refine their internal referral processes, making it easier for them to send patients to our platform.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly share patient progress and enrollment data with partners to demonstrate Carda’s value and impact on their patient population.
  • Retention: Identify potential "at-risk" relationships early and proactively work to resolve issues, ensuring long-term loyalty.
What we look for:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally within a healthcare or tech environment.
  • Service-Oriented Mindset: You enjoy helping others and are motivated by seeing your partners succeed.
  • Exceptional Follow-up: You never let a ball drop. Your partners know they can rely on you for timely and accurate information.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to talk comfortably with everyone from front-desk staff to specialist physicians.
  • Attention to Detail: You are highly organized and can manage the nuances of multiple different clinical workflows simultaneously.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working in a remote team environment and are a proactive communicator with your internal colleagues.
Nice to haves:
  • Prior experience working with Hospitals or Physician Offices.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows or medical referrals.
  • Experience and desire to work in a 100% remote environment.
  • Proficiency with GSuite and Slack.
