- Coordinate internal teams to meet client needs
- Track account performance and provide reports
- Support client retention and growth strategies
Requirements:
- Experience in client-facing roles required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
