We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to support the growth and success of our customer and partner relationships. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who is eager to develop account management skills, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. 

The Junior Account Manager will work closely with senior account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, drive engagement, and support account expansion. The successful candidate has early experience in high-tech or telecommunications environments and is interested in building expertise in private wireless and solution-based selling. 


Responsibilities

 

  • Support the management of a portfolio of customer and/or partner accounts  

  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and follow-ups  

  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions and issue resolution  

  • Help prepare account plans, business reviews, and customer presentations  

  • Track account performance, renewals, and growth opportunities  

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and escalate to senior team members  

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (pipeline, contacts, activities, forecasts)  

  • Support onboarding of new customers or partners to ensure a smooth transition  

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively flag risks 

  • Drive operational excellence across partner onboarding, deal registration, incentive management, and partner analytics. 

  • Ensure data-driven decision making through partner performance metrics and reporting.
     

Qualifications

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or partner-facing roles within high-tech, telecommunications, or solution-based selling environments  

  • Exposure to private wireless (5G/LTE), networking, telecom, or enterprise technology solutions strongly preferred  

  • Demonstrated ability to support complex or multi-stakeholder customer and/or partner relationships  

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing pipeline or account data  

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

 

P.S: We are looking for local candidates in Dallas, TX a this is an onsite role. We do not offer relocation and immigration.
