Our client is looking for a full-time Account Manager to join their growing digital marketing team. They operate within the digital marketing industry and have built a strong reputation in recent years by delivering consistent results for high-value clients and maintaining long-term partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, is comfortable managing multiple high-ticket accounts, and values long-term relationships over short-term wins.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of +10 high-ticket client accounts.

  • Oversee accounts with moderate to high monthly recurring revenue levels.

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with significant total recurring revenue, depending on account mix and scope.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.

  • Coordinate internally with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met.

  • Track account progress, tasks, and deliverables using project management tools.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, updates, and reporting across internal systems.

  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for account growth or optimization.



Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.

  • Prior experience working within a digital marketing agency environment.

  • Proven history of long-term employment and stability in previous roles.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Comfortable managing high-revenue accounts and client expectations.

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Own computer and reliable internet connection.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience within digital marketing agencies.

  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
