1. Role Overview

Perspectives Consultancy Limited (PCL) is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Account Manager to lead relationship management, revenue growth, and service excellence across Government and Corporate clients. The role combines account growth, stakeholder engagement, and client success management to ensure long-term partnerships and measurable value delivery. The successful candidate will serve as both a trusted collaborator with the clients and a commercial driver for PCL’s consulting portfolio.

Reports to: Director – Client Services

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Strategic Account Leadership

  • Build, maintain, and grow executive-level relationships within Government MDAs and corporate institutions.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategic account plans aligned with PCL revenue targets and client objectives.

  • Manage a structured account pipeline, forecasting revenue and tracking opportunity progress using CRM tools.

  • Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring consistent communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.

B. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities within assigned sectors.

  • Conduct needs assessments and position-tailored consulting solutions aligned to client priorities.

  • Lead proposal development, tender submissions, and presentations.

  • Work with the Managing Director to negotiate contracts and pricing structures in line with profitability targets.

  • Monitor industry trends, procurement regulations, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.

C. Client Success & Delivery Oversight

  • Coordinate with consulting and technical teams to ensure high-quality project execution.

  • Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

  • Conduct periodic performance reviews with clients to measure outcomes and satisfaction.

  • Identify expansion opportunities, including renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

D. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate account data, forecasts, and activity records in the CRM system.

  • Generate monthly pipeline, revenue, and client health reports.

  • Provide market insights to leadership to support service development and positioning.

4. Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

  • Professional certifications in Sales, Account Management, or Project Management are an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.

  • Proven experience managing Government or large corporate accounts.

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Experience in consultancy or professional services is highly preferred.
