Who You Are:

  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with partner operators and hospitality groups while addressing payment issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with inKind’s Legal, Finance, and Partner Success teams to strategize and execute effective collection processes.
  • Review contracts and payment schedules to ensure compliance and identify potential risks or red flags early.
  • Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and resolutions that protect inKind’s interests while supporting long-term partner success.
  • Track, document, and report on collection activities and account statuses using CRM and financial systems.
  • Develop and refine internal processes for proactive collections outreach and escalation procedures.
  • Provide insights to leadership on payment trends, risk exposure, and opportunities for improved partner engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B collections, account receivables management, or credit control — preferably within the hospitality, finance, or restaurant industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, financial, and data-tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and contract structures.
  • Ability to travel periodically to meet with partners and internal teams (up to 20%).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
