Job Summary:

The Account Services position supports the Account Services Manager and requires a motivated, energetic individual who can manage multiple details simultaneously, process a high volume of transactions efficiently, and meet the demands of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. This position also requires excellent verbal and written communication and intermediate Excel skills. There will be a requirement to enter data into various operating systems and prepare status reports with a solid understanding of contracts and systems. Additional administrative tasks will be assigned as needed. This is a remote position with possible travel to customer locations (with Team Members) and internal meetings.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Proposal generation
  • Customer engagement
  • Work with the Manager to create Recurring Projects and related Customer billing
  • Initiate contact with customers regarding overdue invoices on the monthly AR report
  • Process Cash Receipts (as needed)
  • Process Accounts Payable (as needed)
  • Work with the manager on special projects as assigned
  • Provide Customer Statements as requested
  • Manage electronic customer files and corresponding physical files

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Analytical thinker
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and organization skills are required
  • Efficient and able to work with tight and often fluctuating deadlines
  • Eager to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4+ years of Administrative Experience with some Accounting and Finance background preferred
  • Excellent communication skills: interpersonal and written; proficient computer skills
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work without constant supervision
