Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.

We are currently looking for an Account Supervisor, Influencer Partnerships to join our expanding Influencer Partnerships team. The Influencer Partnerships team is responsible for creating and managing innovative and strategic influencer campaigns from start to finish for our entertainment, gaming, and consumer brand clients.

The Account Supervisor, Influencer Partnerships will have extensive knowledge in the ever-evolving influencer landscape, including best practices across established and emerging social platforms, as well as existing relationships with creators, agencies, and managers.

Your Impact

  • Lead a team of influencer managers and senior managers working on various brand campaigns, providing support as needed
  • Provide quality assurance on all phases of the campaign, from influencer selection to content creation to comprehensive wrap report that includes insights and analysis
  • Build meaningful relationships with day-to-day clients, partnering with them to understand and identify their business goals, strategies, initiatives, priorities, and expectations 
  • Support agency strategists and Influencer Director as needed on RFPs, pitches, and concept ideation
  • Keep abreast of what and who is trending on social
  • Have a strong POV for what social-first content formats will drive engagement

Your Experience

  • 6+ years of experience working on influencer campaigns within the entertainment or consumer brands industries
  • Knowledge of influencer pricing tiers with experience in contracting and negotiating rates and deliverables
  • Demonstrated expertise leveraging existing and emerging social media platforms to deliver successful influencer campaigns with measurable results
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • Proven leader that knows how to inspire a team and problem solve when necessary
  • Earned partnership experience is a plus
  • Reliable, self-sufficient, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a very fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Your Availability

  • 9am-6pm PST, CST, or EST
  • Occasional weekends and holidays
