Pay: $22.00/hour 
Schedule: 40 hours/week | 10-Week Summer Internship

Position Summary 

Ragle Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern for our Summer 2027 Internship Program. 

This 10-week internship provides hands-on experience with the financial operations behind a heavy civil construction company. The intern will work alongside our Accounting team and gain exposure to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Equipment Accounting, and general accounting functions while contributing to real business activities and projects. 

What You'll Do 

  • Assist with vendor invoices, documentation, coding, and payment processing  

  • Support customer billing, payment application, and account reconciliation  

  • Assist with equipment accounting, including equipment costs, transfers, purchases, and asset records  

  • Help prepare account reconciliations, spreadsheets, and accounting reports  

  • Gain exposure to month-end accounting activities  

  • Review financial and equipment data for accuracy  

  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation  

  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives  

  • Work with Accounting and other departments to learn how financial operations support construction projects  

What We're Looking For 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field  

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles through coursework  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office  

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  

  • Good written and verbal communication skills  

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines  

  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team  

  • Interest in construction, project accounting, or corporate accounting is a plus
