Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually

Atlantic Health Strategies is seeking a highly organized, education-driven Client Services Accreditation Specialist to support behavioral health organizations through the accreditation process using our proprietary compliance and accreditation management software.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining client education, regulatory compliance, process management, and technology in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You’ll work directly with behavioral health providers to guide them through accreditation readiness, monitor adherence to standards, and ensure successful ongoing compliance with organizations such as The Joint Commission (JCAHO) and CARF.
- Educate and support clients on behavioral health accreditation standards and requirements
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the accreditation lifecycle
- Utilize Atlantic Health Strategies’ bespoke accreditation software to monitor compliance progress and documentation
- Track timelines, deliverables, corrective actions, and readiness milestones
- Maintain regular communication with JCAHO and CARF account managers
- Update accreditation applications, documentation, and administrative records
- Conduct compliance reviews and assist clients with maintaining accreditation readiness
- Provide proactive follow-up and process oversight to ensure adherence to standards
- Collaborate with internal operations and compliance teams to improve client outcomes
- Experience with healthcare accreditation, compliance, behavioral health operations, or regulatory affairs
- Familiarity with JCAHO, CARF, or similar accreditation bodies strongly preferred
- Strong client-facing communication and education skills
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Comfortable learning and utilizing software platforms and process management tools
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience in behavioral health or healthcare administration preferred

What You Bring
Required
- Direct experience with The Joint Commission in behavioral health settings
- Experience supporting at least three full accreditation surveys end-to-end
- Strong working knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance frameworks, including both Joint Commission and CARF standards.
- Excellent policy writing and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
