  • Help ensure internal team readiness, training, and adoption for approved ISV tools and technologies
  • Technology and Business Innovation
  • Identify and understand technical trends in ERP, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, and related technologies that may benefit clients or internal operations
  • Support solution architecture needs for both new and existing clients in a timely manner
  • Contribute to internal process improvements across development, support, and client success workflows
  • Participate in strategic initiatives tied to business growth, innovation, and operational improvement
  • Support and Knowledge Transfer
  • Provide architectural support for post-implementation optimization, issue resolution, and performance improvement as needed
  • Deliver or support documentation, training, and knowledge transfer for internal teams and clients
  • Help strengthen reusable assets, best practices, and intellectual property across the organization
