  • Develop and ship multiple creative concepts and variations each week, including alternate hooks, CTAs, and length cuts for testing.

  • Design and animate motion graphics including callouts, lower thirds, UI mockups, product demos, transitions, and end cards.

  • Evaluate the performance of each creative, using feedback and campaign insights to improve future edits and identify winning trends.

  • Work with other teams to ensure creative concepts are executed successfully and aligned with campaign goals.

  • In addition to your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll think about our creative strategy, explore new editing approaches, and constantly look for opportunities to improve performance. And since we’re a small team, you may have to get your hands dirty to ensure ideas are executed on.

Skills and experience

  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally focused on direct response, paid social, or performance marketing creative.

  • Proven track record of creating short-form vertical video ads for platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with a portfolio demonstrating strong creative execution.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with experience creating motion graphics, compositing, and polished video assets.

  • Understands direct response creative principles, including hook construction, pacing, retention, caption design, visual storytelling, objection handling, and CTA optimization.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and is curious about leveraging AI tools to streamline creative workflows.

  • Is highly organized, able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, and maintains well-structured project files and asset libraries.

  • Able to commit full-time and has an "all-in" mentality.

Bonus: You read The Rundown and are passionate about newsletters.
