The Lucky Foundation is seeking a human resource expert to join our Advisory Board of Directors as the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are followed. They partner with business leaders and hiring managers to evaluate their talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans along with business timelines. They use social media platforms and other job-established networks to discover and attract experienced, diverse talent to join our team. It is also their primary responsibility to screen and select candidates efficiently by assessing both their previous experience and culture fit.
Responsibilities
- Continuously challenge how we work, drive improvements, and bring state-of-the-art practices into the evolution of our Acquisition Team.
- Provides guidance and direction to other recruiters and manages the recruiter’s effectiveness in meeting their performance goals.
- Increasing the quality of hire by proactively developing qualified and targeted talent pools with active and passive candidates for all business units by making use of a variety of channels.
- CRM and recruitment marketing activities to nurture the talent pools established and to ensure their continuous engagement with our company.
- Oversees the policy, process, and operations of the new hire onboarding process.
- Drives Talent Acquisition strategies and their deployment with a focus on securing a strong talent pipeline.
- Offers a consultative approach to the business, working with the different department sectors and Talent Acquisition teams to help address short and long-term staffing needs.
- Drive Talent Acquisition Team excellence in delivering against key recruitment metrics.
- Works alongside the organization to implement the best assessment tools and enhance hiring Manager capabilities.
- All other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience (Required)
