Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, document management, communication, and assisting management with operational support.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and office staff
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and service visits
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files and records
- Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets
- Assist with data entry, documentation, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and field staff
- Assist with customer inquiries and administrative requests
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with office management systems or CRM software
- Previous experience in security services, operations, or administrative support
- Basic knowledge of scheduling or dispatch systems

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Standard 8-hour shift
- Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs
Salary (Typical for Bakersfield)
- $35,000 – $48,000 per year
- Approximately $17 – $23 per hour, depending on experience.
