Position Summary

Supports the organization with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manages and maintains schedules, including meetings and appointments.
  • Performs general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Monitors office supplies and maintains inventory for efficient office operations.
  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and meetings.
  • Organizes and maintains electronic and paper files, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
  • Coordinates employee functions, events, and travel arrangements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

               

Pay Rate: $22.15 - $27.30 per hour, based on experience
