This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant. They belong to an innovative technology company in the AI and automation space, known in recent years for strengthening their platform, expanding their product capabilities, and achieving notable growth across global markets. This role will support their fast-moving environment by providing high-level administrative coordination and reliable day-to-day operational support.

Administrative & Executive Support
  • Coordinate daily schedules, manage calendars, and organize both internal and external meetings.

  • Arrange logistics such as travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation as needed.

  • Handle general administrative tasks including ordering supplies, coordinating meals, and maintaining office-related needs.

  • Support leadership by staying ahead of deadlines, ensuring timely reminders, and facilitating smooth workflow operations.

Operational Coordination
  • Assist with logistical planning, follow-ups, and preparation for team activities or company events.

  • Provide structure and organization for recurring tasks to maintain seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrate strong judgment and common sense when prioritizing tasks and identifying what needs attention proactively.

Technology & AI Tools
  • Use Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Work comfortably with AI and other tech tools the company uses, contributing to efficiency and process optimization.



Requirements
  • Experience performing administrative or executive assistant tasks.

  • Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI tools or emerging technologies.

  • Strong communication skills, personable attitude, and willingness to collaborate.
