This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to their internal team by ensuring smooth operations, accurate data management, and efficient reporting. Responsibilities
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

  • Generate reports and summaries using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy within Zoho CRM and QBO systems.

  • Support various administrative tasks, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing email correspondence.

  • Collaborate with internal teams using tools like Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Slack.

  • Maintain a structured workflow and uphold deadlines through effective time management.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed to enhance operational efficiency.



Requirements
  • Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).

  • Experience using CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) and QuickBooks Online (QBO) (not bookkeeping, but reporting data entry), 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual with strong follow-up skills.

Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • 2+ year of experience in administrative roles.

  • Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Slack and cloud-based systems.

  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
