Administrative Law Judge – State Agency  100% REMOTE – $36.75/hr W2 – 15 Openings – Out-of-State OK

SunSoftOnline is hiring Administrative Law Judges for an Arizona state agency. 100% remote, and out-of-state candidates are acceptable.

The work: conducting multiple telephonic hearings each day, taking testimony, making evidentiary rulings, developing a complete hearing record, and controlling the course of hearings while maintaining judicial temperament. Reviewing case files in preparation. Ensuring proper legal notice to parties. Timely drafting and issuing final decisions applying federal and Arizona law.

Required: experience working as an administrative hearing officer · doctoral degree (JD satisfies this) · ability to write clearly about complex legal issues · working knowledge of rules of evidence, administrative procedure, and judicial ethics · excellent time management under tight deadlines.

Preferred: prior hearing officer experience in administrative hearings · accredited law school · located in Arizona · membership in good standing with any state bar association.
