🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Operations Associate to take ownership of key operational and financial processes. You will manage purchase workflows, invoices, bookkeeping, scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional coordination — all while working fully remotely during U.S. business hours.

Perfect for engineering graduates who want exposure to how a global deep-tech startup actually runs.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage purchase orders, vendors & delivery tracking

  • Handle invoices, payments & bookkeeping (QuickBooks)

  • Support financial reports, budgeting & tax compliance

  • Coordinate schedules, interviews & meetings

  • Manage documents (Google Workspace, DocuSign)

  • Assist with company website updates & social media posts

  • Assist leadership with scientific writing, grants, patents and presentation slides

  • General admin & operations support

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree (Engineering preferred)

  • Excellent communication & coordination skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working independently during U.S. business hours

  • Fluency in English
