About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Administrative & Executive Assistant to support our growing US team. In this role, you'll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, supporting office operations, and assisting with a variety of projects. You'll also support company events and conferences and assist the Marketing team with event-related initiatives as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and thrives on being the person who keeps everything on track.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and deliveries.
  • Organize team lunches, events, and employee activities.
  • Coordinate company conferences and support Marketing with event planning and logistics as needed.
  • Support travel arrangements and expense coordination.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and general administrative tasks.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Assist with personal administrative tasks and day-to-day support as needed.
Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role from a hi-tech company, preferably a small startup.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Available to work part-time.
  • Able to work from our NYC office one day per week.
