Responsible for acting as level 1 Pharmacy application support for the ADUSA brand pharmacies, which includes ticket creation and accurate escalation for efficient incident resolution.
Additional duties include addressing workflow processing issues, assisting with system errors, and troubleshooting communication issues between pharmacy system and pharmacy hardware. This position is also responsible for general third-party processing questions, issue research, and drug file inquires and maintenance.
*****Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 2 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Quincy, MA & Scarborough. This position follows a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule, including rotating weekends.

Qualifications:
- High School or GED
- 1-3 years' pharmacy experience
- Customer Service experience
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
