About the Role

As an Adoption Specialist within our Customer Success Trademark team, you won’t just be answering questions, you will serve as a trusted expert and strategic advisor to our most valued enterprise clients. In this role, you will nurture deep customer relationships, educate users on our innovative solutions, and translate customer needs into actionable growth opportunities alongside Account Management and Product teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Nurturing: Build trusted, long-term relationships with established enterprise accounts, proactively anticipating customer needs and solving critical pain points to drive satisfaction and retention.

  • Customer Enablement & Education: Deliver engaging online education sessions and interactive workshops to showcase the value of our solutions and maximize active product usage across client teams.

  • Data-Driven Insights & Growth: Leverage usage analytics to inform strategic account decisions, identify risk factors early, and uncover expansion or cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Synthesize customer feedback and industry trends to partner directly with Product Management, shaping future workflow enhancements and product roadmaps.

  • Team Mentorship: Support and mentor team members, sharing best practices to foster an environment of continuous learning and high performance.

What are we looking for

  • Product training, Customer Success or SaaS Experience: Demonstrated success in customer success, account management, or product training roles, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

  • Learning Agility: Ability to rapidly master trademark solutions, helping clients address complex workflows and operational challenges.

  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with confidence hosting interactive webinars, facilitating meetings, and presenting to key stakeholders.

  • Data & Tech Literacy: Proficiency with modern business productivity tools (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint) and openness to leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and drive data-informed decisions.
