Role Overview:

As an Advanced Analytics Crypto Expert (AACE), you will serve as the primary link between Inca’s complex data engine and our high-stakes clients. This role combines deep-dive technical investigation with high-level client management. You are responsible for synthesizing raw data from cross-functional teams into actionable intelligence reports and briefing executive stakeholders at financial institutions and government agencies. We are looking for a relentless problem-solver with a detective’s mindset who can translate technical findings into clear strategic insights in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple accounts, managing expectations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Execute complex analytical workflows, which can include, open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations, web scraping, and enhanced due diligence (EDD).
  • Review, audit, and aggregate technical data provided by cross-functional teams, transforming raw data into cohesive, high-level intelligence reports that provide clear context for client stakeholders.
  • Analyze large datasets to isolate key findings and identify actionable intelligence.
  • Clarify complex findings into clear, executive-level briefings and present intelligence reports.
  • Facilitate seamless cross-team coordination to ensure technical product requirements align with evolving client needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Highly personable with a proven track record in client-facing roles; ability to build rapport and manage high-stakes relationships effectively.
  • Must possess deep technical or professional expertise in at least one (preferably multiple) of the following areas:
    • Banking and regulatory compliance.
    • Cryptocurrency - blockchain forensics, smart contract decoding, and an understanding of crypto-native systems and terminology.
    • OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) skills.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and capable of juggling diverse, competing requests from various stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule; must be comfortable occasionally working outside of standard business hours to meet urgent client demands or global time-zone requirements
  • Must be fluent in English. While US citizenship is not required, it is preferred as it enables eligibility for specific government contracted projects and sensitive datasets.
