Position: Advanced Technology Project Manager

FT/PT Status: Full-Time

Location: Remote

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Overview:

Kreative Technologies is looking for an Advanced Technology Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning through delivery. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and risk, and keep technical teams and client stakeholders aligned.

The ideal candidate is organized, decisive and a clear communicator. You should be comfortable leading complex, multi-team IT efforts and reporting progress to senior leaders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Plans, executes and closes technology projects on time and within budget.

• Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures and resource plans.

• Identifies, tracks and mitigates project risks, issues and dependencies.

• Coordinates the work of developers, database staff, testers and other technical team members.

• Serves as the main point of contact for client stakeholders on project status and decisions.

• Prepares status reports, briefings and project deliverables.

• Manages change requests and keeps project documentation current.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including leading technology implementation or modernization projects.

• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.

• Proficient with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Continually required to use common office equipment including but not limited to computers, phones, scanners and printers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Experience supporting federal government contracts.

• Agile certification such as PMI-ACP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Compensation: $106,198.56 - $117,998.40 yearly
