This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, Tennessee, or in Harrison, Arkansas. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for the development of the organization's strategic plan(s) and implementing a plan for future success, ensuring alignment with business goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analysis, and other studies.
  • Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans, best practices, and global and multi-discipline perspectives.
  • Develops concepts into strategies including quantitative analyses and recommendations; screens plan for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability prior to presentation to senior management.
  • Identify, research, analyze, and make recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in information technology or a business environment.
  • Knowledge of project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement, or market/competitive analysis, preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills.
  • JOB CONDITIONS:
  • Some travel required

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

Design end-to-end customer problem resolution processes within a contact center environment. - Define and optimize multi-channel support processes (Telephony, IVR, Email, Chat, Self-Service) within Salesforce. - Create reports and dashboards that translate business needs and KPIs into actionable insights in Salesforce. - Facilitate cross-functional alignment around the customer journey, ensuring designs reflect customer needs and experiences. - Drive operational improvements through innovative solutions and emerging technologies, including AI/GenAI.
