Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Process Engineer to lead the technical transformation of digital marketing and promotion workflows for a major industry leader in the Dallas Metro area. This role is focused on identifying and implementing automation solutions to streamline complex asset deployment and personalization systems.

As a Process Engineer, you will analyze end-to-end workflows and build scalable technical solutions that reduce manual intervention and accelerate time-to-market for high-impact promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Workflow Analysis: Map current-state processes across Workfront, CMS platforms, and Adobe Target personalization engines to identify automation opportunities.
  • System Integration: Partner with technical teams to leverage AEM and Photoshop API capabilities for automated creative asset production.
  • Solution Design: Develop a detailed automation roadmap, including technical requirements and business case prioritization.
  • Pilot Implementation: Build and deploy proof-of-concept automation for high-priority marketing workflows.
  • Documentation: Create technical runbooks and training materials to ensure a smooth transition to internal teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Technical Stack: Proven experience with marketing workflow and CMS tools, specifically Workfront, Adobe Target, and OpenText CMS (or similar platforms).
  • Creative Automation: A solid understanding of personalization engines and the automation of creative asset workflows.
  • Process Expertise: Advanced skills in process mapping, gap analysis, and identifying operational inefficiencies.
  • Independent Delivery: The ability to drive technical results independently within a defined 6-month project timeline.

  • Location: 100% Onsite (Dallas, TX - Love Field area).

  • Duration: 6-month contract.

  • Focus: Automation of Cobrand Promotion workflows and asset production.
