About the company

Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category: the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy. Full transparency, control and predictable outcomes. We're the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we're accelerating.

Why this role exists

Most of our customers come from paid ads, and that engine works. Partners are our second, and most important, engine. A group of strong affiliates and creators (coaches, YouTubers, podcasters and communities in the investing world) already send us investors who buy.

Right now that channel grows on its own, without anyone owning it full-time. Our best partners could do much more with the right support: dedicated offers for their audience, joint webinars, co-branded campaigns. And many people investors trust haven't been approached yet: creators, coaches, Skool communities, podcasts, the skip tracing tools and CRMs investors open every day.

This role is roughly half creator work and half affiliate work. Grow the partners we have into much bigger ones, build a creator pipeline from scratch, and bring in new partners who look like our best ones. That can be an affiliate link, a creator sponsorship, a co-branded offer, a joint webinar or a bundle for their students. Whatever creates real value on both sides.

You'll have a live affiliate program to work with (lifetime rev share, tracking and payouts already in place), a content partner in Albina on our team, and leadership that reviews partner results every week.

Who you'll partner with
  • Creators – YouTube channels, podcasts, newsletters, short-form video (TikTok, Instagram, Reels)

  • Coaches and education programs – wholesaling, flipping, creative finance. Their students need leads from day one

  • Communities – Skool, Facebook groups, Discord servers, REIAs, masterminds

  • Tools in the investor's stack – skip tracing, CRMs, dialers, SMS, direct mail, comps and deal analysis

  • Services around the deal – transaction coordinators, investor-friendly title companies, private and hard money lenders, VA and cold calling agencies

  • Events – national conferences and local meetups

If US investors trust someone, that someone belongs on your list.

What you'll do
  • Build the creator pipeline. Find creators whose audience buys, vet audience quality (real US investors, not vanity views), negotiate sponsorships and hybrid deals, and manage the creator test budget so every dollar is tracked to a code

  • Grow existing partners. Get to know our top affiliates, understand what their audience needs and build a growth plan with each one: custom offers, exclusive coupons, joint webinars, co-branded landing pages built with our creative team

  • Reactivate the quiet ones. Find partners who signed up and stopped sending, figure out why and bring them back

  • Map the market. Study what makes our best partners work, then build and rank a list of new partners with the same profile

  • Open doors. Reach founders and creators directly through cold email, DMs, calls and events, not through partner forms

  • Structure deals that work for both sides. Lifetime rev share is our default; flat-fee sponsorships run from a capped monthly test budget on tracked codes only, and we scale only the creators who pay back in real cash within 90 days

  • Activate new partners fast. Get each new partner to their first paying referral quickly with onboarding, promo codes, ready-to-use content and a launch plan, working with Albina, our content partner, on creator briefs and assets

  • Keep partner content compliant. Own FTC disclosure and earnings-claim compliance for all partner and creator content, and own our approved-facts list that every partner works from

  • Measure everything. Track signups, first purchases and 90-day revenue for each partner and creator. Double down on what works and cut what doesn't

  • Bring back insight. Partners hear what their audiences want and what they object to. Make sure product and marketing hear it too

What success looks like
  • Day 30 – a growth plan agreed with each of our top partners, a ranked map of 200+ new affiliate and creator targets, 50+ personal outreaches a week, first new partners live

  • Day 60 – 3–5 creator campaigns live, with first paying buyers from creator codes and creator CAC within our 14-day CAC guardrail; revenue from existing top partners trending up; 15+ new partners live, at least half of them already sending paying customers

  • Day 90 – partner revenue clearly above the level you started with, 30+ active partners, and weekly per-partner and per-creator reporting that shows where to double down

  • Month 12 – partners and creators bring a meaningful, measurable share of new paying customers

What you need
  • 3+ years in either (a) affiliate, partnerships or business development, or (b) creator and influencer partnerships (sponsorships, podcast ads, YouTube integrations), where you personally sourced and closed the deals, not just managed an existing network

  • Performance thinking, non-negotiable: you measure paying buyers, not signups, clicks or views

  • A track record with numbers: partners or creators you signed, partners you grew and the revenue they drove

  • Comfort with cold outreach. You pick up the phone, write the DM and follow up a fifth time

  • Commercial thinking. You can model a deal (CPA, rev share, flat fee, payback, LTV) and know when a partner or creator is worth the money

  • Know-how on activation: why partners go quiet and how to get them sending again

  • Pipeline discipline, so no follow-up slips

  • Native or near-native English and full US working hours

Strong plus
  • An existing network in the US real estate investing world (wholesaling, flipping, BiggerPockets, REIAs, the podcast circuit) – creators, coaches or communities you can call tomorrow

Nice to have
  • Both sides of the role: affiliate/BD and creator deals

  • Knowledge of FTC endorsement guidelines and earnings-claim rules

  • Running webinars or co-marketing campaigns with partners

  • Partner tools (PartnerStack, Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Impact) and prospecting tools (Clay, Apollo)

  • Using AI in daily work for research, list building and outreach personalization

  • Representing a company at conferences and trade shows

Probably not a fit if
  • Your partnership experience is mostly managing offers inside networks like Impact, CJ or Rakuten

  • You judge creator deals by views and followers rather than paying customers

  • You prefer inbound and wait for partners to come to you

  • You need a full brief and a design team before you can start

What we offer
  • Competitive base salary, discussed individually at the interview stage

  • Fully remote, US hours

  • 15 paid vacation days plus 5 paid sick days annually

  • Paid access to courses, books and growth resources

  • Decisions get made in Slack the same day; no committees

How to apply (skip the cover letter)

Tell us two things: (1) one partnership or creator deal you closed and the numbers it produced; (2) five partners or creators you'd go after for us in week one, and why.
