Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow our affiliate network and drive business growth in the APAC region with a focus on expanding relationships in the global market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, and experience with digital platforms and local influencers. You will be responsible for expanding our affiliate relationships and driving new sign-ups, in APAC region countries as well as supporting global initiatives to scale our affiliate program worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an affiliate marketing strategy tailored to APAC region, while also contributing to global efforts.

• Recruit, manage, and nurture affiliate relationships across APAC region.

• Develop and execute localized affiliate marketing campaigns that align with regional culture, key holidays, and local markets.

• Create and manage promotional resources in English to assist affiliates in promoting Ultahost services effectively.

• Monitor affiliate performance and provide support, training, and optimization guidance to maximize their success.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop APAC-specific landing pages and marketing assets.

• Ensure all campaigns comply with regional regulations and industry standards.

• Report on affiliate program success, using performance data to drive decision-making and growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the web hosting or tech industries.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

• Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape in APAC region countries.

• Proven track record in managing affiliate programs and driving performance.

• Experience working with influencers, bloggers, and affiliate networks in both local and international markets.

Preferred Skills:

• Existing network of affiliates in APAC region.

• Experience with popular digital marketing and affiliate platforms (Post Affiliate Pro, Tapfiliate, etc.).
