About the Role

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry.
This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing business analysis materials & reports
  • Assist in organizing team agency engagement activities
  • Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Prepare sales progress monitoring reports for team members and agency force
  • Prepare Sales & KPIs Trend Analysis & insight

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Year 2 – 4 Bachelor’s degree student
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
  • Good at MS office tools such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge in using of VBA, PowerBi & Power automate are preferable

Others:

  • You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
