About the Opportunity:

As an Agentic Implementation Specialist at Invoca, you will play a critical role in helping customers activate next-generation AI-powered workflows across marketing, contact center, and revenue operations use cases.

You will work directly with customers and cross-functional internal teams to implement production-ready agentic workflows that drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation, workflow automation, and customer value delivery — helping translate customer business needs into scalable, repeatable agentic deployments.

You will also partner closely with Product and Engineering to help mature early implementation patterns into scalable, GA-ready capabilities based on real-world customer usage.

This is an opportunity to help shape how enterprise customers successfully deploy agentic AI in production environments while helping define best practices for the next generation of automation and AI-driven customer engagement.

 What You’ll Do:Implement Agentic Workflows End-to-End:
  • Deploy agentic workflows across customer environments using platform-native tooling and APIs
  • Configure agent orchestration logic, workflow triggers, and downstream system integrations
  • Validate workflow accuracy, reliability, and alignment to customer business outcomes
  • Debug integration, orchestration, and data flow edge cases across systems
Drive Repeatable Deployment Patterns:
  • Help develop and refine “known good” implementation patterns
  • Contribute to reusable playbooks, best practices, and deployment templates
  • Support transitions from early release to general availability by identifying repeatable implementation models
Partner Cross-Functionally:
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface product gaps, friction points, and repeat customer needs
  • Work with Customer Success, TAMs, and GTM teams to accelerate customer time-to-value
  • Support internal enablement and knowledge sharing around agentic capabilities
Support Production Readiness and Performance:
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their agentic workflows are performing as expected and ready for deployment
  • Monitor workflow behavior and support root cause analysis of unexpected outcomes
  • Document what works best, how to handle tricky situations, and how to fix common issues for repeatable process scalability
What You Bring:
  • 5–8 years in technical SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
  • Experience with Martech, RevTech, CCaaS, or workflow automation platforms strongly preferred
  • Experience working in customer-facing technical roles within enterprise or mid-market SaaS environments
  • Familiarity and experience with the Invoca platform: both its feature set and APIs.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems
  • Experience debugging multi-system integrations or distributed workflows
  • Experience configuring AI or automation workflows (prompt configuration or agent behavior tuning is a plus)
Strengths:
  • Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to translate business workflows into technical implementation designs
  • Comfortable working in evolving product environments with emerging technologies
  • Strong documentation and pattern standardization mindset
  • Structured problem-solving and strong attention to detail
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with conversational AI, voice platforms, or contact center technologies
  • Familiarity with agentic orchestration frameworks or MCP-style architectures
  • Familiarity with workflow automation or orchestration platforms
  • Experience working with event streaming or real-time data systems
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or telecommunications
