With 30+ incubated AI projects spanning AI prediction markets (including B2B and B2G products for geopolitical and energy forecasting), AI Agent-powered smart trading, and data analytics, the business is growing rapidly.

We are hiring a Sales Partner to own enterprise and government-facing revenue: you will run the full B2B sales cycle independently, from lead generation to deal closure, at partner level with meaningful equity and commission upside.

Responsibilities

Drive B2B sales of the company's AI software products, independently managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Develop enterprise clients, strategic partners, and distribution channels; build and maintain key client relationships.

Meet quarterly and annual sales targets while continuously expanding the client base.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive localized go-to-market strategies.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide frontline insights for product iteration.

Represent the company at industry conferences, summits, and community events to build brand presence.

Requirements

1+ years of B2B software sales experience with deals you sourced and closed yourself.

Fluent English; familiar with SaaS / tech product enterprise sales processes and decision-making chains.

Highly self-motivated and results-driven; comfortable with remote work and a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Background or network in the AI / tech industry.

Consulting background (strategy, management or industry consulting) with enterprise client relationships you can bring to the role.

Existing enterprise or government client relationships within the tech ecosystem.

Proven track record of independently closing large deals.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus generous performance-based commission and equity — annual earning potential up to $1,000,000 USD.

Fully remote with flexible working hours.

Deep involvement in market strategy at a leading AI company; share in the company's growth.
