Job Description

Enterprise networking is evolving into intelligent, autonomous infrastructure, and Graphiant is leading that transformation. We are building the industry's most advanced AI-driven Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform, combining secure connectivity, AI-powered security, and intelligent automation to redefine how enterprises protect and operate their critical infrastructure.

As we continue to expand our AI security portfolio, we are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI security solutions for large enterprise and regulated-industry customers. This role will define the architecture for AI-powered security capabilities, build production-ready AI systems, and work closely with engineering, security, and product teams to bring innovative AI solutions from concept to deployment.

The ideal candidate combines deep software engineering experience with hands-on expertise building production AI applications using large language models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and cloud-native architectures. This is a highly technical role requiring both strategic architectural leadership and hands-on development.

Reports To:

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop AI-powered security solutions for enterprise customers.
  • Design and deploy production AI applications using LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, and RAG architectures.
  • Build intelligent AI agents that automate security operations, compliance, and customer workflows.
  • Develop secure, scalable AI architectures that meet enterprise security and governance requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and define architectural standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to deliver production-ready AI capabilities.
  • Design AI orchestration pipelines integrating enterprise data, security telemetry, and knowledge systems.
  • Establish AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
  • Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on AI architecture and implementation.

Core Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of modern LLM architectures and enterprise AI application development.
  • Experience designing secure AI systems for production environments.
  • Expertise in agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, and autonomous workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and enterprise knowledge systems.
  • Experience integrating AI with cybersecurity, compliance, and security operations workflows.
  • Strong software architecture and distributed systems expertise.
  • Ability to balance rapid innovation with enterprise-grade security, governance, and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and executive leadership.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, or systems architecture experience.
  • 3+ years building production AI, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs and/or open-source LLMs.
  • Experience developing AI agents, multi-agent systems, or agentic workflows using modern orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
  • Experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
  • Strong Python development experience with modern API frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience integrating AI with cybersecurity, security operations, governance, compliance, or enterprise automation platforms is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Salary Range: 190K-230K
