What We Do

At Outsource Access, we help executive leadership and operational teams reclaim their time from repetitive administrative tasks. We don't just build custom AI prototypes—we make sure our automated workflows are fully integrated, secure, and actively adopted company-wide to drive real, measurable ROI.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Turning Ideas into Daily Tools: You will design, build, and deploy custom AI chatbots, agents, and automated reports (using Claude, ChatGPT, and others) that our senior leadership and operations teams rely on every single day.

  • Eliminating Admin Grunt Work: By integrating AI models with our core business systems using APIs and automation frameworks, you will slash the manual hours spent on operational, financial, and marketing reporting.

  • Creating a Single Source of Truth: You will architect and maintain a unified, well-structured knowledge base across multiple brands, continuously cleaning reference data to eliminate AI hallucinations and ensure accurate guidance.

  • Empowering Leadership Decisions: From turning AI outputs into polished, ready-to-use presentations and spreadsheets to training executives on new platforms, you will ensure our tech directly supports faster, better-informed business decisions.

Requirements
Is This You?
  • You are an "own the outcome" builder who can take an automation project from a raw idea to a company-wide rollout without needing heavy oversight.

  • You are a proactive communicator who sends updates without being chased and effortlessly translates complex technical work into plain business terms for senior leaders.

  • You have a sharp instinct for data privacy and security, naturally implementing strict access controls when handling sensitive financial, HR, and customer information.

  • Tech-Savvy: You have proven, multi-platform fluency with ChatGPT, Claude, API connectors, and cloud ecosystems (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace), alongside solid prompt engineering skills.

  • Your Home Office: You have a quiet, dedicated workspace equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless Teams meetings and uninterrupted deep work.
