Our client is looking for an AI/Automation Specialist to design and implement automation systems that improve internal workflows and enhance client-facing solutions. They operate within a business services and technology-driven environment and have strengthened their operations in recent years by adopting modern, efficiency-focused tools and systems.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, resourceful, and execution-driven. The position focuses on building practical automations, developing lightweight internal tools, and supporting operational scalability through smart use of AI and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier and n8n
- Identify repetitive processes across sales and operations and implement automation solutions
- Develop internal applications to support sales teams using modern “vibe coding” or low-code tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional tools
- Build and potentially support the development of a client-facing mobile application
- Continuously optimize and improve automation systems to increase efficiency and reliability
- Document workflows and ensure solutions are scalable and easy to maintain
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, APIs, and system integrations
- Experience building internal tools or applications using no-code/low-code or AI-assisted development tools
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and proactively propose solutions
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Previous experience in automation, operations, or systems-related roles
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools or “vibe coding” platforms
- Experience supporting sales or operational teams through technology solutions
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical solutions into business impact
