The Opportunity
As part of the AI Commercialization team you will lead defined workstreams to support go-to-market strategies and scale AI adoption across priority accounts. As a Senior Associate you will translate AI transformation initiatives into structured, repeatable solutions that enhance revenue growth and commercial impact. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and drive the firm's AI commercialization efforts in a dynamic environment.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI strategy, commercialization

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
