What should you know about SKELAR? It's a venture builder — in other words, a company that builds companies. Together with founders, we create consumer businesses that become leaders in global markets across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and beyond.

Our teams build tech products that win recognition from Product Hunt and The Webby Awards, earn thousands of glowing Trustpilot reviews, and reach over 10 million users worldwide. That kind of impact doesn't happen by accident — it starts with exceptional people, and our people are our top priority.

We've built an environment where expertise meets opportunity, and where there's no ceiling on what you can achieve. Now we're looking for the kind of people who don't just want a job — they want a challenge.
About Leaply

Hi! We're Leaply — a fast-growing wellness ecosystem helping people build healthier habits and lead better lives. Our vision is to create a future where healthy lifestyle happens on autopilot. We launched in 2024 and have scaled rapidly across the US, Europe, and LATAM.

At Leaply, we value ownership over job titles, and impact over process. As we scale, we're looking for a Content Manager to shape how content is created, produced, and scaled across our product.

Role Overview

Content is the product — structured practice plans, guided video and audio sessions, and the daily prompts that turn signups into habits. As Content Manager, you'll own how these plans come to life, partnering with product managers, designers, and engineers to shape the user experience in the app. Over time, you'll expand into cross-functional work on new product features that depend on content quality and depth. You'll design the workflows and AI pipelines that let us produce more, faster, and better.

Tech Stack
  • Notion and Slack for collaboration and task management

  • Our internal content management system

  • Amplitude and Tableau for product analytics

  • AI tools (GPT, Claude, n8n, and others) for content scaling and automation

Key Responsibilities

Content design. Shape how our plans are structured, how content modules fit together, and how personalization layers on top.

Cross-functional product work. Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers on features that depend on content. You'll be in the room when these are shaped, not briefed at the end.

AI-powered production. Build workflows that multiply output through AI — from script generation to voiceover automation. This is how the team already works.

Quality and localization. Set the bar for what good content looks like at Leaply. Own how quality holds up across languages as we expand.

Measurable impact. Use product data and A/B tests to decide what to build, kill, or iterate on. Your decisions directly affect retention and engagement.

Production coordination. Oversee content production end-to-end, from brief to finished asset. Partner with internal and external production resources.

Who You Are
  • Experience: 1-2 years in content roles.

  • Systems thinker: you've built content at scale through repeatable processes, not one-off pieces.

  • AI-native: you've shipped at least one AI workflow that measurably improved content output.

  • English fluency with near-native writing quality.

  • Cross-functional operator: comfortable in product dashboards and collaboration tools, not just Google Docs.

  • Track record of ownership: you've taken a content function from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10.

Nice to Have
  • Second language fluency (DE, ES, FR, PT, or IT).

  • Background in wellness, fitness, mental health, or behavioral science.

  • Video production experience (scripting, directing, editing).

  • Experience with localization at scale.

Why This Role

Scale the craft. You'll help evolve how Leaply produces content — the tools, the processes, the standards behind it.

Content drives retention. What users engage with daily determines whether they come back tomorrow. You'll own that experience.

Real AI infrastructure. We're already running AI pipelines in production. You'll build on top of that from day one.

What You'll Get
  • Competitive compensation and a high-impact role.

  • Full ownership of the content function.

  • Direct reporting to the CPO during onboarding.

  • Access to internal SKELAR communities across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design.

  • A meaningful mission: help people live healthier lives every day.

At SKELAR, we've built an environment where people can grow, build, and do the most meaningful work of their careers:

  • SKELAR Platform. The operational backbone of our venture builder. It exists to help founders move faster and easier — so business teams can stay laser-focused on the product while 10+ specialized Platform takes care of everything else: Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, IT, and more.

  • Networking and knowledge-sharing as a way of life. Our people include co-founders who've launched multiple businesses and some of the sharpest specialists in the industry. Whatever expertise you need, it's never far away.

  • Learning programs you won't find anywhere else. We've developed our own educational tracks for teammates to choose from — a two-month school for first-time managers, intensive AI workshops, and professional clubs for engineers, product managers, and more.

  • Meaningful impact in Ukraine. The SKELAR Foundation was created by our own people, and every employee plays a part in bringing important social initiatives to life. We founded Europe's first accelerator for veterans and are working to build lasting support structures for veterans at a national scale.

  • Spaces designed to inspire. Our offices are places people actually want to be — with an in-house gym, a climbing wall, Bali-inspired green spaces, and libraries. Every detail, from service and security to comfort and design, is built to match the pace of our growing teams.

  • Everyday comfort built in. Meals, gym access in Kyiv or a partial fitness stipend in Warsaw, health insurance, paid business travel where the role requires it, and corporate partner discounts.

We'd love to tell you more in person.
Join us at SKELAR and help build the next big everything!
