OUR NETWORK COULD BE WORTH $50K+.

Know a U.S. company with 20+ full-time employees and at least three years of operating history that could be a strong customer for Mode? Make the introduction. If Mode closes the deal with the customer, you can earn $50,000 or a 6% customer sign-up bonus - whichever is greater.

There is no cap on the number of companies you can refer. You do not need to leave your current role, commit to working for Mode, or take on a full-time position.

Mode is expanding its relationships across the AI and data ecosystem. We are looking for exceptional networkers, relationship builders, and business development professionals who can open doors to U.S.-based companies and help us accelerate new customer relationships.

ABOUT MODE

Mode is a fast-growing technology company building businesses at the intersection of AI, data, mobile apps, and digital experiences. Our portfolio of mobile apps and digital products reaches 100M+ monthly active users across a global audience. We continue to accelerate growth through product innovation, strategic acquisitions, and emerging business opportunities.

Mode was recognized by Deloitte as the #1 fastest-growing software company in North America on the 2023 Technology Fast 500. Today, we are building our next phase of growth, including expanding Mode's AI and data business and developing direct relationships with companies that can benefit from the data and capabilities we have built.

We are ambitious about where we are headed, with a targeted IPO in Q1 2028. This referral opportunity is one way to participate in that growth, whether you simply make valuable introductions or ultimately build a deeper relationship with Mode.

How It Works

  1. JOIN. Sign up for Mode's affiliate program at bizbuydata.com/50k.
  2. REFER. Introduce us to one or more U.S.-based companies with the following criteria:
  • U.S.-based companies with at least 20 employees and a minimum of three years of operating experience.
  • Accounting, Law firms, IT, sales, and other businesses with a high volume of desk work.
  • The more years of operating history and desk office employees, the stronger the fit.

You’ll provide your customer referral information during the Affiliate Program sign-up process.

  1. WE EVALUATE & CLOSE. Mode reviews the opportunity and, if there is a fit, takes it from there.
  2. YOU EARN. If Mode closes your qualifying referral, you receive $50,000 or 6% customer sign-up bonus, whichever is greater. Payment will be made within 30 days of Mode receiving payment from the applicable customer.  subject to the terms of the affiliate program. The 6% bonus will be calculated on net revenue received by Mode from the customer.

One referral. $50K+. Multiple successful referrals? Multiple earning opportunities. There is no cap.

You Might Be Perfect for This If...

You know people, and the right people know you.

You have a strong network of business owners, executives, investors, operators, or other decision-makers, and can make credible introductions to established U.S.-based companies.

You can get a decision-maker to take a call, recognize a business opportunity when you see one, and make a credible introduction.

Relationships with private equity firms, venture capital funds, startup networks, holding companies, or conglomerates can be a significant advantage. These organizations often have relationships with or ownership interests in multiple companies, creating the potential for several valuable introductions through a single network.

You do not need to be a traditional salesperson. You need a strong network, good business instincts, and the credibility to open doors.

You can be located anywhere in the world. The companies you refer, however, must be U.S.-based.

Want to Build Something Bigger With Us?

Make a successful introduction, and there may be an opportunity to join Mode and help close deals, not just introduce them.

If you successfully refer at least one customer and there is a mutual fit, we may invite you to expand your relationship with Mode and become directly involved in working and closing sales opportunities.

That opportunity may include:

  • Approximately $2,000 to $5,000 in commission for each opportunity or deal you are directly involved in;
  • An equity grant in Mode;
  • Additional perks; and
  • The opportunity to participate more directly in Mode's continued growth as we work toward our targeted Q1 2028 IPO.

Interested? Great. Not interested? That's fine too. Joining Mode is not required. You can remain an affiliate partner and continue making qualified customer referrals under the applicable affiliate program terms.

Each Introduction Could Be Worth $50,000 or more - no cap.

No traditional full-time commitment. Start with one introduction.

Join the affiliate program. Make a customer introduction. Let us take it from there.

If we close the deal, you get paid.

Ready to get started? Join Mode's affiliate program at bizbuydata.com/50k and submit your customer referrals during the sign-up process.
