GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and implement the integration of AI-driven solutions and digital workplace technologies across the organization. This role combines expertise in M365 CoPilot adoption with hands-on development of AI and automation systems to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive innovation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Digital Workplace Solutions

  • Work under the guidance of the ERP/AI Director in delivery of training programs on M365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity features.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for M365 Copilot -related issues.

AI & Automation Development

  • Optimize and deploy AI/ML models for tasks such as invoice processing, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and demand forecasting.
  • Integrate AI solutions with ERP, WMS, and digital workplace platforms.
  • Explore Agentic AI for autonomous decision-making.

Collaboration & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and AI ethics standards.
  • Monitor and continuously improve AI model performance and user adoption metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, logistics, procurement) to align AI and digital initiatives with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and digital workplace technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of M365 applications and enterprise collaboration tools.

 

 

 

 

Preferred Skills

  • M365 Copilot certifications and experience in change management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle Finance, WMS).
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
