AI‑Driven Supply Chain Data & Data Management Co‑Op - Fall 2026

Job Description:

AI‑Driven Supply Chain Data & Data Management Co‑Op - Fall 2026

Here at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission.
The Role:
Our site in Round Rock, TX is seeking an AI‑Driven Supply Chain Data & MDM Co‑Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Supply Chain Data & Analytics Co‑Op will help drive Entegris’ ongoing Informatica MDM 360 implementation while building Agentic AI automations that turn mastered data into decision support for Procurement, Planning, Quality, and Logistics. The role focuses on data quality, governance, and analytics, plus agent patterns (tool use, retrieval, orchestration) that safely scale self‑serve insights across DSC during the 2026 roadmap.
What You’ll Do:

  • Perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing activities for Product and Vendor master data.
  • Support MDM360 rule testing, workflow verification, and release cycle activities.
  • Analyze data quality issues, document root causes, and assist in remediation efforts.
  • Assist with mapping business rules to MDM360 configuration elements such as match/merge logic and input rules.
  • Collaborate with data stewards, MDM product owners, analytics teams, and cross‑functional supply chain stakeholders.
  • Research industry MDM standards in manufacturing and summarize best practices to support process improvement.
  • Support documentation, testing scripts, and requirements gathering for upcoming product/vendor data releases.
  • Agentic AI build & ops: prototype small agents/co‑pilots that use mastered data (RAG over curated domains, task orchestration, guardrails); create prompts, test harnesses, and evaluation checks to improve reliability and safety. Analytics & governance: develop DQ/MDM KPIs and dashboards; monitor completeness, duplication, and business‑rule drift; surface insights for DSC stakeholders. Standards & enablement: research manufacturing MDM best practices and document “how‑to” guides for stewards and analysts; contribute to training materials and sprint artifacts used in weekly MDM/DSC touchpoints.

What We Seek:

  • Familiarity with Informatica MDM 360 & Agentic AI in Data Operations or foundational understanding of MDM concepts (match/merge, survivorship, data quality).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
  • Interest in Supply Chain Data Management, Analytics, and data governance.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, planning, quality, logistics).
  • Ability to interpret data models, business rules, and structure unclean datasets.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a willingness to learn enterprise systems and analytics platforms.
  • Foundational Agentic AI skills: prompt design, retrieval (RAG) concepts, tool/connector thinking, simple agent orchestration, evaluation and safety practices
  • Strong analytics toolkit (Excel, SQL, Python; Power BI/Tableau a plus) and comfort exploring messy datasets to produce clear KPIs.

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:

  • Supply Chain Data Management
  • Graduation date of December 2026 or later

Eligibility:

  • Must be a currently enrolled student
  • Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in June, working through December.
  • Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program
  • Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.
