Job Summary

The AI Enablement Program Manager is responsible for the operational program that drives organization-wide adoption of AI2IO’s standard AI platforms — including Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, the internal CORE AI platform, and any future approved AI tools. This role owns the end-to-end enablement program: training, communications, adoption tracking, and ROI reporting.

The Program Manager designs and delivers the company’s AI training curriculum — from onboarding for new hires to advanced workshops for power users — and runs the workshop calendar across business units. They own the internal communications channels that surface AI use cases, platform updates, and new capabilities to employees, including newsletters, intranet content, and Teams channels.

A central part of this role is measurement. The Program Manager builds and maintains dashboards that track adoption, license utilization, and value realized across the AI platform portfolio. They produce regular reporting to executive leadership on platform ROI, identifying both high-value patterns to scale and underutilization patterns that warrant intervention.

This role works hand-in-hand with the AI Solutions Consultant. The Consultant generates field-level use cases and engagement insights, and the Program Manager packages these into communication, training, and reporting outputs that compound their impact across the broader organization.

This is a program ownership role focused on operational execution. The Program Manager receives direction on priorities and program targets from the Director of AI Enablement and is expected to independently operate the enablement program day-to-day.

Essential Functions

  • Design, maintain, and continuously evolve the AI training curriculum, including onboarding, role-based content, and advanced workshops
  • Plan and facilitate regular AI workshops, office hours, and training sessions across business units and affiliated companies
  • Own internal AI communications channels, including newsletters, intranet pages, Teams channels, and use case libraries
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking AI platform adoption, license utilization, and engagement metrics across all approved AI tools
  • Produce regular ROI and adoption reporting for executive leadership, surfacing both scaling opportunities and intervention needs
  • Curate, write, and publish use case content highlighting successful AI implementations from across the organization
  • Partner with the AI Solutions Consultant to convert field engagements into reusable training material and communications content
  • Develop and maintain feedback channels for employees to share AI use cases, request training, and report platform issues
  • Manage the AI enablement content calendar and editorial process across all communication channels
  • Coordinate with platform owners and IT teams on user-facing rollout activities for new AI capabilities and policy changes

Position Requirements

  • Demonstrated program or project management experience, particularly in technology adoption, learning & development, or change management contexts
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with experience producing internal-facing content for diverse employee audiences
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, including in-person and virtual workshop facilitation
  • Working fluency with current consumer and enterprise AI platforms, including Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot, sufficient to credibly explain and demonstrate them
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools for building dashboards and adoption reporting
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative usage data and qualitative field feedback into clear narratives for executive leadership
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) for content publishing and program delivery
  • Organized, deadline-driven work style with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and an editorial calendar
  • Comfort operating with general direction and independently driving toward defined outcomes
  • Demonstrated curiosity and self-directed learning habits, particularly around emerging AI tools and capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across business units, IT teams, and executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance personal productivity and quality of work output

Travel / Relocation Requirements

  • Up to 5%, this may include travel to any or all 50 US states
  • Travel is defined as physically leaving home on behalf of business activities including but not limited to client sites, meetings with other employees, meeting for business development purposes, running errands on behalf of the business, attending industry conferences, etc.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or related discipline

PLUS

  • 5 years of experience in program management, learning & development, internal communications, technology enablement, or a comparable role
