The Role

As an AI Builder, you'll be the speed and execution engine of the team. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and then help turn successful prototypes into scalable production systems.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Turn business problems into working AI solutions quickly
  • Build and iterate rapidly using Claude Cowork as a primary delivery tool
  • Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and other modern AI coding tools
  • Build across front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and AI orchestration
  • Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, and prompt engineering
  • Take prototypes through to production-ready solutions
  • Partner directly with stakeholders to discover and define problems, not simply take requirements
  • Demonstrate working solutions regularly and incorporate feedback quickly
  • Navigate enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance while maintaining delivery momentum

Job Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Claude Cowork
  • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, or GitHub Copilot
  • Generative AI & Agentic AI
  • RAG architectures
  • AI agents & workflow automation
  • Prompt engineering
  • Full-stack development
  • Python
  • React / Next.js
  • APIs and integrations
  • LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, or PydanticAI
  • Experience building in enterprise environments
  • Comfortable explaining AI solutions directly to business stakeholders
  • Healthcare experience including the below is a big plus
  • FHIR / HL7
  • Claims workflows
  • Clinical operations
  • Revenue cycle management
  • HIPAA
  • GxP
