We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join our team at the intersection of engineering, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution. This role is perfect for a passionate AI practitioner who wants to see their work directly impacts new innovative products, company’s growth and leads to expanding own competencies in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Implement new AI features in products
- Build tools & frameworks augmenting the capabilities of LLM/VLMs
- Build AI automations & AI agents
- Fine-tune AI models
- Fine-tune and maintain models with the HuggingFace toolkit
- Monitor model's performance
- Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets
- Research & Development
- Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.
- Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Technical skills
- Strong software engineering background: Python, Rust is a nice-to-have
- Experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning
- Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
- Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
- Experience
- 2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language models
- experience with other modalities (vision, audio) is a nice-to-have
- Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in R&D department is highly valued
