Overview:

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 10-week program that begins Monday June 8, 2026 and ends Friday August 14, 2026. This opportunity is 100% remote and you must be located in the United States during the summer internship. The AI Engineering Intern will work closely with the Chief Information Officer team.

The Intern, AI Engineering will support the development of AI‑powered solutions embedded in real internal business workflows. This internship focuses on applying large language models (LLMs) and automation to improve productivity, decision‑making, and employee experience. Key deliverables include working prototypes, documented prompts or agents, and measurable improvements from pilot use cases. 

What you will do:

  • You will build and test AI‑powered prototypes using LLMs and APIs. 
  • You will design, refine, and evaluate prompts for enterprise use cases. 
  • You will support development of lightweight agents, bots, or automations. 
  • You will integrate AI solutions into internal tools and workflows. 
  • You will document solutions and technical decisions. 
  • You will measure and report productivity or quality improvements. 
  • You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and business teams. 

What we are looking for:

  • College/University enrollment in a Computer Science, Engineering or related program. 
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript. 
  • Familiarity with APIs, AI tools, or LLM concepts. 
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. 
  • Ability to learn quickly in an enterprise environment.
