  • Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, trade shows, and regional activations.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by coordinating campaigns for priority accounts.
  • Work closely with the Content and Design teams to develop compelling messaging, campaign assets, and demand generation programs.
  • Continuously experiment with messaging, offers, creative, and channel performance to maximize marketing efficiency.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate campaign execution, and optimize marketing workflows.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or a similar hands-on marketing role.
  • Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or other B2B marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing fundamentals, including demand generation, conversion funnels, attribution, experimentation, paid acquisition, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience planning and executing field marketing initiatives, webinars, events, or regional marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Design teams.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating campaign messaging, briefs, and marketing content.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action who enjoys testing, learning, and continuously improving marketing performance.
  • EdTech or B2B SaaS experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work remotely within European time zones (CET preferred).
What we can offer you
  • A supportive and proactive work environment.
  • Competitive compensation: 5000-6000 EUR base per month
  • Fully remote and full-time collaboration.
  • A diverse team across Europe, the US, Latin America and more.
  • Modern digital tools for seamless collaboration.
