Our client is seeking a senior-level AI Implementation Specialist to design, build, and optimize a precision lead generation and conversion system for a premium concierge medical practice.
This individual will own the end-to-end architecture and execution of:

This individual will own the end-to-end architecture and execution of:
- AI-driven lead nurturing
- CRM intelligence (HubSpot)
- Executive-level outbound targeting (LinkedIn, Apollo)
- Content-driven conversion systems
- Data-driven optimization loops
1. HubSpot Intelligence & Lead Conversion Engine
- Audit and restructure HubSpot database
- Build AI-driven lead scoring and segmentation models
- Design and implement high-conversion nurture sequences (email, SMS, triggers)
- Optimize lead → consult → membership funnel
- Design integrated system across:
- HubSpot
- Apollo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Retargeting platforms
- AI tooling (LLMs, automation layers)
- Ensure data flows, feedback loops, and continuous optimization
- Analyze existing member base (non-PHI) to define Ideal Customer Profile
- Build lookalike targeting systems for high-income executives
- Develop filters to eliminate low-quality leads before they reach the team
- Map and target 1st-degree networks of existing members
- Build AI-assisted, high-touch outreach systems
- Ensure messaging aligns with premium brand positioning
- Collaborate on weekly authority content strategy
- Integrate content into automated nurture and retargeting systems
- Use AI to personalize and scale distribution
- Build systems to analyze competitor reviews and public sentiment
- Extract insights to refine messaging and positioning
- Translate data into actionable growth tactics
- Deploy and optimize:
- AI chatbot (premium, concierge tone)
- Retargeting systems (LinkedIn-first)
- Lead qualification workflows
- Own KPI tracking and reporting:
- CAC
- Conversion rates
- Lead quality (ICP alignment)
- Continuously refine system based on performance data
- 5–10+ years in growth systems, AI implementation, or marketing automation
- Deep expertise in:
- HubSpot (required)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / Apollo or similar tools
- AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, automation workflows, etc.)
- Proven track record building end-to-end lead generation + conversion systems
- Experience working with high-end, premium, or service-based businesses
- Strong understanding of LTV/CAC dynamics and funnel optimization
- Experience in healthcare or high-trust services
- Background in strategy consulting, growth equity, or operator roles
- Familiarity with high-income/executive customer segments
- Ability to balance automation with high-touch brand experience
