Tidal Financial Group is a leading ETF investment technology platform dedicated to creating, operating, and growing ETFs. We combine expertise and innovative partnership approaches to offer comprehensive, value-generating ETF solutions. Our platform offers best-in-class strategic guidance, product planning, trust and fund services, legal support, operations support, marketing and research, and sales and distribution services.

Role Summary

Tidal Financial Group is an ETF investment and technology platform that helps partners create, operate, and grow ETFs. We're hiring an AI Solutions Specialist to accelerate AI adoption across the organization—taking our early pilots from proof-of-concept to operational reality.

This is a hands-on implementation role. You'll configure and deploy AI solutions using enterprise platforms (not build custom models), integrate AI tools with our existing systems, establish governance practices for a regulated environment, and drive measurable productivity gains across business teams. You'll work closely with the EVP of Operations & Technology and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders

What You'll Do

  • Solution Deployment: Configure, deploy, and optimize AI solutions using enterprise platforms (Claude/Anthropic, Microsoft Copilot, and similar tools). Build workflows and agents that automate real business processes—not prototypes.
  • Integration: Connect AI tools to Tidal's existing systems including Snowflake, Monday.com, HubSpot, and internal applications via APIs and native connectors. Ensure data flows securely and outputs are actionable.
  • Agent Development: Design and build AI agents on established platforms to handle multi-step workflows, approvals, and operational tasks. You'll configure agents, not train models from scratch.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Partner with business teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities. Translate operational pain points into AI solutions. Train users, build documentation, and drive adoption.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain AI governance practices appropriate for financial services—usage policies, access controls, audit trails, and documentation for regulatory inquiries.
  • Evaluation & Optimization: Measure solution performance, track ROI, and continuously improve. Monitor for quality issues and ensure AI outputs meet accuracy requirements where errors carry real consequences.
  • Vendor & Tool Evaluation: Stay current on AI platforms and capabilities. Recommend tools and approaches based on Tidal's needs, not hype. Build the business case when new investments make sense.

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience implementing AI, automation, or technology solutions in a business environment
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI tools in enterprise settings (Claude, ChatGPT/Copilot, or similar platforms)
  • Demonstrated ability to build workflows and agents using low-code/no-code platforms or API integrations
  • Proficiency with Python or scripting languages for automation and integration tasks
  • Strong prompt engineering skills—you know how to get reliable, structured outputs from LLMs
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, asset management, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with data platforms (Snowflake, DBT, or similar)
  • Experience with project management and workflow tools (Monday.com, HubSpot)
  • Understanding of AI governance, model risk, or compliance documentation
  • Experience building business cases and measuring ROI for technology initiatives

About This Role

This is an individual contributor position with room to grow as Tidal's AI program matures. You'll have real ownership and visibility with executive leadership. We're early in our AI journey—looking for someone who can prove value with today's tools, not someone waiting to build custom infrastructure.
