Role Summary:

As Manager, AI Platform Architect, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Platform Architects who work closely with customers to design, build, and optimize intelligent workflows using Notable’s Flow Builder platform. You’ll play a key role in scaling our platform architecture function by setting the standard for technical excellence, customer impact, and operational efficiency.

You will guide your team in translating complex healthcare challenges into elegant, AI-driven solutions. You’ll help shape our approach to customer implementations, influence product direction, and serve as a mentor and coach—ensuring the success of your team and the broader organization.

This is a player-coach role where you’ll be hands-on in solving challenging problems while also building team capabilities, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing cross-functional alignment across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Platform Architects, supporting them in technical execution, customer engagement, and career development.

  • Oversee delivery of implementations, ensuring your team delivers high-quality flows on time and aligned to customer outcomes.

  • Provide technical oversight and guidance, ensuring architecture aligns with Notable’s best practices and scales effectively.

  • Drive operational excellence across your team—streamlining project planning, documentation, testing, and customer collaboration.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex implementations, helping unblock teams and partnering cross-functionally to resolve risks.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering, channeling feedback and market insight into platform improvements and roadmap prioritization.

  • Foster team learning and innovation, promoting best practice sharing, platform mastery, and use of cutting-edge AI techniques like LLMs and prompt engineering.

  • Support hiring and onboarding, helping scale the team with top talent and set up new hires for success.

You’re a Great Fit if You:

  • Enjoy leading technical teams and helping others grow while maintaining a hands-on connection to the work.

  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment where innovation and autonomy are valued.

  • Bring a deep understanding of enterprise software workflow design, ideally within healthcare.

  • Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences—from platform architects to clinical executives.

  • Can guide both strategy and execution, aligning daily work with broader outcomes.

  • Are energized by building scalable systems and driving measurable customer impact.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or healthcare tech, including 3-5+ years managing technical teams.

  • Background in implementation, solution architecture, or systems integration, preferably in AI or low-code environments.

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and customer engagements from discovery through delivery.

  • Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation frameworks is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of health system technologies like EHRs, CRMs, or care coordination tools is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer and internal engagements.
