We are looking for an AI Product Engineer to design, build, and deliver production-ready AI-powered products from end to end — from databases and backend systems to intuitive user interfaces.

You will work extensively with AI coding and design agents, take ownership of product quality, and help shape how we develop and deliver software using AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and ship AI-powered web products using AI coding agents and modern development practices.
  • Develop scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
  • Design intuitive, accessible interfaces and maintain consistent design systems.
  • Implement AI features, including tool-using agents, structured outputs, evaluations, and prompt-injection safeguards.
  • Manage CI/CD, infrastructure, monitoring, security, and production reliability.
  • Collaborate on product specifications, release frequently, and improve products based on user feedback.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience developing and shipping production web applications end to end.
  • Advanced experience with AI coding agents, including executable specifications, parallel agent workflows, isolated environments, automated testing, code review, and cost management.
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills in TypeScript and PostgreSQL, including data modeling, migrations, multi-tenant architecture, authentication, APIs, and background jobs.
  • Strong UX/UI design skills, including design systems, accessibility, and user testing.
  • Experience delivering LLM-powered features in production.
  • Understanding of AI evaluations, prompt-injection risks, and secure AI application development.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD, monitoring, backups, and security best practices.
  • A portfolio demonstrating products and interfaces you have designed and built.
Nice to Have
  • Python.
  • Serverless and edge platforms.
  • Browser automation and end-to-end testing.
  • Legacy software modernization.
How to Apply

Please submit your resume , a link to a product, repository, or case study demonstrating your work, and a short note describing:

  • How you currently use AI coding agents in your development workflow.
  • One AI feature you shipped to production, a challenge you encountered, and how you identified and resolved it.

Salary Range: CAD $110,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
