AI Software Engineer

An AI Engineer, who will research, design, and deploy AI solutions, collaborating with teams to implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms for our business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state-of-the-art AI solutions, ensuring the integration and scalability of our platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of AI technologies while contributing to the continuous development of our organization.
This position is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.
The salary for this role is $90,000 - $130,000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms
• Strong understanding of statistical modelling, data structures, and algorithms
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong curiosity and desire to learn, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest AI and ML technologies.

• Collaborating with Business stakeholders, software teams, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Implementing cutting edge techniques and methodologies to improve platform performance, efficiency, and reliability.
