We are looking for a Senior AI Developer with an AI-first mindset to design, build, and scale enterprise AI solutions that modernize legacy systems, reduce operational costs, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Build and deploy LLM, RAG, and AI Agent solutions.
- Develop scalable cloud-native architectures on Azure or AWS.
- Create integrations using APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern data platforms.
- Implement MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and governance practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and executive leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive AI adoption and establish reusable enterprise AI standards.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in AI Engineering, AI Development, ML Engineering, or AI Architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search solutions.
- Cloud experience with Azure AI Services or AWS AI/ML services.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, MLOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to connect AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Assistants API, LangGraph).
- Experience with Power Platform, UiPath, or enterprise automation tools.
- AI-related cloud certifications.
- Experience building AI business cases, ROI models, or enterprise AI governance frameworks.
Location Preference: East Coast candidates (Atlanta, South Carolina, Florida, or nearby Eastern Time Zone locations preferred).
